Micah is an associate at BGPK after joining the firm in July 2006. He is experienced in criminal law with a focus on defense of criminal charges related to DUI and associated Misdemeanor and Traffic violations. During law school, he clerked for Madison County State's Attorney William Mudge. After graduation, Micah was appointed as an Assistant State's Attorney in Madison County. He quickly rose to the level of Misdemeanor Supervisor.

Micah has extensive trial experience in litigating more than fifty cases to a Judge or jury while at the Madison County State's Attorney Office and has defended numerous criminal cases across the State of Illinois. Since joining BGPK, he has practiced extensively in the areas of commercial litigation, municipal and real estate transactions.
