Brian is a partner at BGPK with experience in commercial litigation with a focus on insurance, construction litigation, insurance litigation and personal injury. In addition, he represents various municipalities and townships in both Illinois and Missouri. Brian also has experience in appellate advocacy. Following law school, he clerked for the Honorable Michael A. Wolff of the Missouri Supreme Court.

Brian has extensive experience in representation of insurers and insureds in coverage litigation involving declaratory judgments, toxic torts, hazardous wastes and construction matters. In addition to litigation, he has consulted with numerous clients on issues of coverage and risk management.

Brian has litigated cases in Madison and St. Clair counties in Illinois and St. Louis City and St. Louis County in Missouri. He is also licensed in the Central District and Southern District of Illinois as well as the Eastern District of Missouri.

Brian has also advised businesses regarding their corporate and litigation concerns. In addition to addressing clients' litigation concerns, he also has represented clients through alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration.
